If we are concerned about a child we have a duty of care under the Children Act 1989 to refer these concerns to the Local Safeguarding Childrens Board (LSCB).
In order to safeguard all children we ask that children remain at home for at least 48 hours following their last symptoms of sickness or diarrhoea. The exclusion period on some occasions where illness is at rife will increase to 72 hours. This is to prevent further spread of infection.
You may make a complaint in writing or complaint forms are available from the setting.
If you are still unhappy then you can contact Ofsted directly at Picadilly Gate, Store Street, Manchester M1 2WD.
Medicine must be clearly labelled with the original prescription sticker and childs name.
