Admissions Policy
It is our policy to make our setting accessible to all children and families from all sections of the local community. We aim to make sure that all sections of the communtiy have access to the setting through open, fair and clearly communicated procedures.
We encourage prospective parents and children to view the setting. Please contact us on 01603 813240 to arrange an appointment.
Places are offered on a first come first serve basis. If you wish to reserve a place for your child please print off, complete and return the registration form along with a registration fee of £20 per child.
Sessions
Orchard Nursery School is commited to promoting continuity for all children. Therefore a minimum of two days must be booked when registering your child at the setting.
Fees and Opening Times
The Nursery is open throughout the year from 07:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday. We are closed for one week between Christmas and New Year and on all Bank Holidays. We are also closed for an Inset Day in September. The date will be notified in advance. There will be no charge for these days.

Holidays
If your child attends all year round they are entitled to two weeks holiday pro rata. Our holiday period runs from September to 31st August each year and the holiday will be calculated based on your start date. However we do require one month's written notice. Children that attend during term time only are not entitiled to any holiday sessions. If they do not attened a session, these sessions will still be chargeable.
Fees and Payments
An invoice is sent out either via email or post at the beginning of each month. Payments are due within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. A 5% surcharge will incur if late payment is received. Please note that fees are due for review each September.
Termination of Sessions
If you wish do withdraw your child or cancel a session permanently, we require one month's written notice. If you require extra sessions please contact the office. We are unable to swap sessions.
